- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for a modulated differential scanning calorimeter (MDCS), auto-sampler and mass flow control, to measure and compare the thermal properties of materials used by an ATF Laboratory. The solicitation will be available on line through the Federal Business Opportunity web site. The solicitation is anticipated to be available on August 1, 2003.
