Description

Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), Phoenix, Arizona, Facility Engineering Department contemplates awarding a firm-fixed price contract for a Electro-Mechanical Journeyman. PIMC provides a comprehensive health service delivery system to Native American Indians and Alaska Natives. The campus encompasses approximately 26 acres, including a main hospital building, 23 ancillary buildings, parking lots and grounds. This service will be contracted on a yearly basis for one (1) calendar year and four (4) one (1) year renewal options in accordance with the scope of work. This project is Set-Aside Total Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 561210. The small business size standard is $6 million. Interested offerors must request in writing for the solicitation package. The request can be submitted via mail, fax or e-mail.
