- Description
- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the OGI School of Science and Engineering, Oregon Health & Science University (OGI) for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). Purpose of proposed contract is to study change of physical habitat from the mouth of the Columbia River to Bonneville Dam. Proposed contract relates to previous year's study conducted by OGI. Questions concerning the proposed acquisition may be directed to Randall Brown. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
