- Construction: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to replace/repair fencing along the Elk Pasture and around Area 50 located at Defense Supply Center Richmond. All work is to be accomplished in accordance with Facilities Engineering Specification No. FEO-0032/03 dated July 8, 2003 and Drawing #4181, Sheets 1 and 2, dated July 8, 2003. The magnitude of this construction project is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A site visit to verify conditions is recommended for this acquisition. This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 238990 wit average annual revenues of $12 million or less for the last 3 years.
