- PR No: LTC03205013419 for NSN: 2840-00-042-6640 under Part Number 4028T32P01, Revision ?K?. The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) is 1,540 each. Solicitation SP0480-03-R-4646 will include a term of a base year plus four option years. This is a Critical Application Item. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 5%. There are four approved sources of supply: Columbia Mfg, Inc. (CAGE: 8U485), Metro Machine Works, Inc. (CAGE: 50554), Dover Tool Co, CAGE: 1U666), and AIW- Alton, Inc (CAGE: 84027) Solicitation will be issued on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, under other than full and open competition procedures. The Government's required delivery schedule with First Article Testing (FAT)is 289 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO) for Stock. Required delivery schedule without FAT is 109 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO) for Stock. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government on the NSN.
