Delivery: FOB ORIGIN - 180 DAYS ARO. Dest: CONUS USA. OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1)(FAR 6.302-1) ONLY ONE SOURCE (Note 22) INTENDED SOURCE_HAWKER_ENERGY PRODUCTS, INC. 12 Trade Agreements Act. 22 Sole Source (FAR 6.302)Unrestricted. Solicitation will result to an Indefinite Quantity Contract with four (4) option years.
