- NA 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Arizona Army National Guard intends to purchase a Sweeper, Masco model 1600 Econo, 3 yard parking lot sweeper, OR EQUAL, to be delivered to the: Silverbell AHP, Bldg L4600, Marana, AZ 85653-9598. 2) Solicitation no. DAHA02-03-T-0039 is issued as a Request for Quotation. 3) This solicitation is unrestricted. 4) The NAICS code is 333319. 5) Description of requirement: TRUCK MOUNTED: S-10, Ford Ranger, Toyota T-100, long bed frame, d iesel or gas with air conditioning, internal (cab) sweeper controls, 2000lb suspension. SWEEPER: truck mounted, auxiliary engine for sweeper, stainless steel debris hopper with a 3-4 yard capacity, 81 inch to 98 inch sweeper width, capability to operate in forward and reverse, clean air blower and curb broom with replacement brushes. WATER SYSTEM: 35 to 45 gallon capacity with 45 PSI system spray nozzles, 2 located at sweeper head, 1 on curb broom and 1 inside hopper for dust control. WARRANTY: 60 mont h for vehicle and 1-2 years on the sweeper system. HOPPER: Hopper must be capable of being dumped either automatically or manually. 6) DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION to: Silverbell AHP, Bldg L4600, Marana, AZ 85653. Delivery must be accomplished NLT 60 d ays ARO. If you are unable to meet this delivery date please state your delivery terms/time. 7) FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 8) FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items. Award will be made based on the l ow price/technically acceptable offer. The government reserves the right to make award on the initial quote received without discussions. 9) Each offeror shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifica tions--Commercial Items with Alternate 1 with the offer.
