- The NRCS in Minnesota has completed an OMB A-76 study for Soil Conservation Technical Services in Minnesota. No timely or responsive offers were received. As a result, the solicitation is cancelled and the work will remain in house. Questions regarding this notice shall be submitted in writing to the contracting officer, Laurie Otte.
