- The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is planning a Direct Conversion with Cost Comparison Study of Soils Mapping Services at the NRCS office in various offices throughout Ohio. These services are currently provided by Government Personnel. Offerors are advised that a contract may not be awarded if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by government personnel. A solicitation will be released on approximately April 21, 2003. Solictation packages can be downloaded from this site, paper copies will not be mailed The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code is 541370.
