- The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is planning a Direct Conversion with Cost Comparison Study of Mail & Supply Services at the NRCS office in Columbus, Ohio. These services are currently provided by Government personnel. Offerors are advised that a contract may not be awarded if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel. A solicitation will be released on approximately April 21, 2003. This will be a Small Business Set Aside. CONSIDER THIS MODIFICATION A "SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE." NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-APR-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 31-JUL-2003.
