- PLEASE DISREGARD ALL PREVIOUS INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING A COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION. The solicitation will be released on 1 August 2003. This RFP will be issued electronically. Vendors wishing a copy may download it directly to their workstations. All vendors that have requested a copy of the solicitation by e-mail or fascimile mail should download a copy of the solicitation from FedBiz Opps directly to their computers. No copies will be mailed out from the contracts office. This procurement is 100% setaside for small business the NAICS code is 541512 for $21.0 Million.
