- Description
- The Defense Threat Reduction Agency intends to negotiate with SENES Oak Ridge, Inc., 102 Donner Dr., Oak Ridge, TN 37830, for support for the Nuclear Test Personnel Review (NTPR) program. SENES is the only known source that has the unique capabilities and expertise to have knowledge of current NTPR program operations, procedures, and technical content, preparation of QA/QC documentation and SOPs, modeling uncertainty analysis, and validation of NTPR program prepared dose reconstructions, and that can apply these capabilities in an integrated manner to the current operation and administration of the NTPR program.
