- Description
- NASA/KSC has a requirement for Natural Gas Local Delivery Service from Local Natural Gas Utility Company. NASA/KSC intends to purchase the items from NUI/City Gas Company of Florida, 4180 US Highway 1 South, Rockledge, FL 32955-5309. NUI/City Gas is the local distribution company for Brevard County operating under tariff approved by the Florida Public Service Commission. THE AUTHORITY FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 22. An Ombudsman has been appointed.
