- Description
- Single award term contract for DAPS, Robins AFB, GA. Beginning Date of Award and ending August 31, 2004, with 4 possible options years (if applicable). Quality Level 3 is required. These specifications cover the production of self-covered books and pamphlets containing fold-ins requiring such operations as electronic pre-press, pre-production samples, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Approximately 60 orders per year. QUANTITY: Approximately 5 to approximately 500 copies per order. NUMBER OF PAGES: Range from approximately 12 to 4,000 pages. TRIM SIZE: Text - 8-1/2 x 11"; Fold-ins - 51" maximum width and 34" maximum depth. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Warner Robins/Macon, GA area; or mail/ship f.o.b. contractor's city to one or more destinations, as indicated. Complete production and delivery is required within 6 to 35 workdays. Request for bid package may be FAXed to (404) 605-9185 on bidder's letterhead. Reference Program 1426-S on request.
