- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a purchase order to LINK-TECH INC to purchase Model 004-1100 Ink Filters and Ancillary Components. This Procurement action is for equipment parts which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
