- Description
- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to George Mason University, on other than full and open competitive basis, an award to Develop theory and perform detailed calculations on ferroelctric and ferromagnetic materials will include Task-1 Large-scale atomistic computer simulations of materials, Task-2 Calculations of magnetic properties, Task-3 Electronic polarization effects in nanoscale organic electronics, and Task-4 Theory of intermolecular forces. Sole source is based on unique capabilities of George Mason University. See note(s) 22.
