- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for 27 each Bellows in accordance with Dayton T. Brown Drawing Number L9749-2-001, Rev. G, and all associated drawings. These bellows are a component of the tailpipe assembly for the EA-6B aircraft. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345 as access to the drawings is subject to the Arms Control Act (see note 8 for further information). Delivery is required within 15 weeks after contract award date. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection at Source/Acceptance at Destination. Suppliers must be on an approved supplier list prior to award (see Note 23 for further information). The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 336413 and a size standard of 1000. It is anticipated that the solicitation w ill be issued by 15 Aug 03. The closing date of the solicitation will be 15 Sep 03, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. This requirement will NOT be procured under FAR Part 12. When issued, the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil and on the Keyport Acquisition homepage at http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to powersm@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.cc r.gov ). Any questions should be submitted in writing via the fax number provided above or e-mailed to powersm@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. Notes 1, 8, 23, and 26 apply.
