- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into fully competitive negotiations with qualified sources of supply. The NAWCADLKE intends to procure three (3) Test Set, TACAN, P/N 1000-000, AN/ASM-663, to be used on the V-22 aircraft. Ruggedized portable test set provides TACAN signal simulation for ground check at the organizational level of maintenance. The contractor shall supply all labor, equipment and consumable supplies to manufacture in its entirety. The Government does not own data rights or technical drawings. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price type contract. Inspection and acceptance shall occur at source. All finished Test Sets are to be shipped FOB destination by 03 SEPT 2003. In addition, the packing/packaging will be best commercial practice. A Request for Quote (RFQ) will be faxed upon request. However all requests must be received within 15 days. Responses should reference N68335-03-T-0029. The RFQ will NOT appear on NAVAIR homepage. N68335-03-T-0029 will be issued on or about 30 August 2003.
