- NA The U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center , Natick Massachusetts intends to enter into noncompetitive negotiations with Simplex Grinnell, 1 Simplex Drive, Westminister, MA 01441-0001 for the maintenance and inspection of fire alarm system and sprinkler. The Gov ernment intends to issue a fixed price contract for a base year and four option years. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. Request for proposal document does not exist.
