NA ***ATTENTION***CONTACT , CHELE HINDS , CONTRACT SPECIALIST , AMSAM-AC-LS-C, EMAIL CHELE.HINDS@REDSTONE.ARMY.MIL FOR ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PROPOSED ACQUISITION. PRONS: AX3C0232AXAX, Quantity MIN: 130 each, MAX: 530, NSN: 6685-01-119-7402, PN: 165ES100-4, applicable to the CH-47 Helicopter, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX., Stockton, CA., and New Cumberland, PA. The Required delivery is 65 each, 240 days after contract award (DACA), and 65 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Boeing, Cage Code: 77272, and Horizon Aerospace, Cage Code: 35918, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item descri bed above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirem ents. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This Acquisition contains Technical Data whose export is restricted by The Arms Export Control Act (Titl e 22, USC., Sec 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470.
