- NA FAMILY READINESS SUPPORT SERVICES CONTRACTOR FOR 192d Fighter Wing, VIRGINIA AIR NATIONAL GUARD, VA 23150 Quantity: 12 Months. Delivered to 50 Falcon Road, Sandston, VA 23150 and Camp Pendleton, VA 23458. Performance Period: Line Item 0001, October 2003 through September 2004; Line Item 0002, October 2004 through September 2005; Solicitation will be issued on or about 6 August 2003. Request for Quotation. Anticipated award date: 15 September 2003. This is a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible small business concerns may submit a proposal that shall be considered. Questions submitted less than 10 calendar days prior to the closing date may not be addressed before closing date; therefore, offerors are advised to submit questions as soon as possible. The Government intends to award a contract to the offeror that offers the best value to the Government. The basis of award is to the offerors whose proposal, conforming to the RFQ, will provide the best value and be the most advantageous to the Government, considering cost or pr ice and other non-cost evaluation factors. The contract term is anticipated to be for a base contract period of one year with one one year option periods. Selection procedures will be in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13. Each offeror's proposal will be evaluated and awards will be made to offerors whose proposal are judged to be most advantageous to the Government based upon the evaluation criteria. The Government also reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed necessary to obtain the best val ue.
