Description

NA Blankets, Wool, Gray, in accordance with specification, CSD No. 5 and Bar Code Label specifications, size 64 inches W by 90 inches L, to include gold and black stripes, and black lettering U.S.M.A. in the center of the blanket,3000 each. Delivery is requi red not later than 30 April 2004 for 1500 each and the remaining 1500 not later than 30 September 2004. Two preproduction first article samples will be required not more than 60 days after award. This requirement may be waived by the Contracting Officer, when supplies identical to those called for have previously been delivered by the bidder and accepted by the Government. Potential bidders are notified that wool, whether in the form of fiber or contained in fabrics, materials, or manufacturer articles, must have been grown, reprocessed, reused or produced in the United States, its possessions, or Puerto Rico. Only domestic end products are acceptable. Only end items manufacturerd by small business concerns in the United States are acceptable. This pro curement is 100% set aside for small business participation. The solicitation will be issued on 15 August 2003 and close on 15 September 2003. The NAICS code is 313210 and the size standard is 1000 employees.
