- NA The Capital District Contracting Center intends to issue a solicitation for Post wide Ground Maintenance for the U.S. Army at Fort Ritchie, Cascade, MD. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, transportation, storage facilities , labor, materials, supplies, and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all services as specified in the performance work statement. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside procurement. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price and Cost Price contract with a base period beginning September 1, 2003 through August 31, 2004, with two (2) six months option periods. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561730 and the Size Standard is $5.0 Million. All pro spective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov/. Tentatively anticipate issuing a solicitation on or about August 6, 2003 and the solicitation number will be DABJ03-03-T-0035.
