- This solicitation/synopsis is hereby canceled. Any new requirement will be posted to EPS at a later date. Solicitation /Synopsis: This combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. The Northern American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 541614, and standard size of $6,000,000.00. The proposed contract listed is 100% set-aside for small business. NON-PERSONAL SERVICES: Information technical support and non-personal services for software support of AFSPC Automated Information Systems, to include sustainment, maintenance, troubleshooting, delivery and installation of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Training and Evaluation Management System (TEAMS), formerly known as Conundrum, which is a highly specialized web-based software program designed to provide records management for ICBM crew members formerly managed by ICBM SPO (AFMC) from date of award through 30 September 2003.
