- Description
- REQUIREMENT: Services, Non-Personal, Overhaul. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment, and material to accomplish the overhaul, test, packing and packaging, and return to the government in accordance with the work specifications contained in the contract for the line items of Air Force equipment listed below. This solicitation is to obtain a requirements type overhaul contract with 100% contractor furnished material. A firm-fixed-price type contract is contemplated for One Year, plus four One-year options. The item(s) and estimated quantities are as follows: LINE ITEM 0001: NSN: 1650-00-766-7961; P/N: MF36-3909-30S585-3 DESCRIPTION: Motor, Hydraulic; Torque Load Rating: 175.2 inch pounds; Operating Speed at Rated Capacity: 6100.0 RPMs; Housing Material: aluminum alloy; Max Working Pressure Rating at Specified Temp Range: 3000 PSI at minus 65 deg. F to plus 275 deg. F; Housing Surface Treatment: anodized; Applicable Acft: C-141 and EC-135. QUANTITY: Basic Year: 4 each; Option I: 4 each; Option II: 4 each; Option III: 4 each; Option IV: 4 each. LINE ITEM 0002: Over and Above, As Required. LINE ITEM 0003: Data and Reports, IAW DD Form(s) 1423 and Appendix B. SOURCES: Qualification Requirements exist. Qualified sources are: Eaton Aerospace of Jackson, MS; Derco Repair Services of Milwaukee, WI; Gulf Aerospace of Oldsmar, FL; and G.T. Enterprises of Pacoima, CA. DESTINATION: FB2039; Tinker AFB, OK 73145. DELIVERIES AT THE RATE AS FOLLOWS: Line Item 0001: 1 each per month, 30 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO) and repairables; to a destination that will be provided as noted in the contract.
