- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work to SSgt Kacey Draper on Goodfellow AFB, Texas. NAICS code for this acquisition is 237130 and the size standard is $28,500,000.00. In Accordance With Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1007(c), this acquisition is 100% Set Aside for Emerging Small Business Concerns. Offers or quotations under this acquisition are solicited from emerging small business concerns only. Offers that are not from an emerging small business shall not be considered and shall be rejected. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. Performance time shall not exceed 30 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a quote to be considered. The anticipated proposal due date is 13 Aug 2003 with anticipated award date of 18 Aug 2003. All requests for clarification relating to this RFQ must be brought to the attention of the contract specialist, SSgt Kacey Draper at (915) 654-4541 or faxed to (915)-654-5149. In accordance with FAR 52.236-27 Quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Access to the site will be limited to the organized site visit only. The anticipated date for a site visit is 8 Aug 2003 at 9:00 AM in building 707, 17th Contracting Squadron. The exact date and time of the site visit and quote due date will be stated in the solicitation package. The government contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order that will be awarded as a result of the quotations to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on past performance and price giving a slightly higher preference to past performance. This solicitation will be available via FedBizOpps website on or about 6 Aug 2003.
