- Description
- The James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa, Florida, anticipates awarding a firm fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for multi-discipline Architect and Engineering services. This requirement will include preparation of design and construction documents, specifications, construction cost estimates, as well as construction period services. Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541310. NOTE: this procurement is restricted to firms located within a 150-mile radius of Tampa Florida and are certified as an Emerging Small Business and registered in the Small Business Administration=92s 8(a) program. Interested firms must be capable of engaging additional disciplines as necessary to provide a complete design. Performance period will include one basic year plus four option years. Maximum limitation for the entire contract (1 year plus 4 options) is $1.5 million. Guaranteed minimum for the entire contract (1 year plus 4 options) is $90 thousand. Individual task order limitations are set at a minimum of $25 thousand; and a maximum of $150 thousand. No solicitation, technical data, or plan holder list will be issued. Interested firms shall submit their credentials on Standard Forms 254 and 255 in 4 copies to: Contracting Officer (90C), James A. Haley Medical Center, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612. Firms will be evaluated by a selection board based on their knowledge and experience of medical facilities within the VA system.
