- Description
- Furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to renovate four (4) patient rooms, convert ward 5 to Hospice, renovate Ambulatory Surgery and locker room in Bldg 3, boiler plant. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical and miscellaneous renovations. Work to be completed within 365 calandar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bid packages must be writing. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. Payment of $50.00 non-refundable fee per solicitation package must be received by the Contracting Officer before package can be mailed. Checks are to be made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Estimated construction cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS code is 233320. This procurement is 100% setaside for Small Business with a size standard of $28.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 8, 2003; Pre-Bid Conference will be held August 25, 2003 at 2:30PM local time, Building 2, Room 106. Bid opening is scheduled for September 8, 2003 at 2:30 PM local time, Building 2, Room 106.
