Description
This market survey is issued in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS), Section 3.21.2.1 to determine if sources exist to provide technical consulting services. Sources who believe they are capable of responding must meet the following requirements at a minimum: 1. Must have substantial and recent experience in deployment and implementation of the following Computer Associates (CA) software products. a. Unicenter NSM b. Unicenter Service Desk c. CA eTrust Intrusion Detection d. CA eTrust Access Control e. CA eTrust Anti-Virus 2. Knowledge and experience working with the FAA Computer Security Incident Response Center (CSIRC). 3. Have personnel who are certified CA Unicenter Specialist/Administrator (CA-CUSA) for Unicenter NSM 3.0 and or personnel who are CA Certified Unicenter Specialist/Engineer (CA-CUSE) for Unicenter NSM 3.0. Personnel must have documented training in CA eTrust Intrusion Detection Access Control and Anti-virus. 4. Have recent knowledge and experience working with CA level one (1) and two (2) support along with product development staff. These services are currently provided by Computer Associates International, Inc. One Computer Associates Plaza, Islandia, NY 11749. Consultant services include utilizing their current knowledge of the CSIRC with the implementation of FAA information system security program. The only known source for these services that have the required Unicenter NSM, Service Desk and eTrust software products expertise is Computer Associates (CA). These consultants have experience in CA product implementation and management and are the only consultants found with unique product knowledge and software certifications, and CA programming support. All interested parties must respond directly to the Contract Specialist identified below. The interested parties must provide specific documentation in order to prove they have substantial experience and recent implementation experience in Unicenter NSM, eTrust Intrusion Detect, Access Control & Anti-Virus in order o be considered for this requirement. Interested parties who can comply with and meet all of the requirements called out in this market survey must respond with their documentation in writing (25 page limit) to: Ms. Loni Chinn, Contract Specialist, ASU-360, Federal Aviation Administration, 800 Independence Avenue, SW Suite 402, Washington DC 20591, Telephone (202) 267-8068. Submissions must be received no later than August 7, 2003, 2:00 pm Eastern Time. Electronic submissions of any kind will not be accepted. This market survey does not constitute a SIR and cannot be construed as a commitment by the Federal Government. The FAA shall not be liable for any costs associated with the preparation of any response to this announcement, nor reimburse or otherwise pay any cost incurred by any party responding to this survey.
