- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY?The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Algodones Associates of Algodones, New Mexico 15 days after the day of publication (07/31/2003) to award a purchase order under the simplified acquisition threshold. The purpose of this procurement is to take the results of the Family-Centered Education Materials Assessment Project and apply them to further the goals of the President?s New Freedom Initiative as it related to family-centered, community-based systems of services for children and youth with special health care needs. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 13. This is not a solicitation. A copy of the solicitation has not yet been produced. The period of performance for this project is one (1) year. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
