Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA, intends to solicit for purchase of the following items: 2 each Oscilloscope, 300 MHZ , Four-Channel, Digital, Color Phosphor Display, Tektronix P/N TDS3034B, w/Advanced Trigger (TDS3TRG) and FFT Application (TDS3FFT) Modules, GPIB/RS232/VGA Communication Module Option P/N TDS3GV, Carrying Case Option P/N AC3000, 4 each 10X Passive Probes P/N P6139A, User Manual, Power Cord, Accessory Tray, Protective Front Cover. Note: Carrying Case (Option P/N AC3000) and GPIB/RS232/VGA Communications Module (Option P/N TDS3GV) must be installed. NSN: NWS-0-23-250-0001; 10 each Oscilloscope, Two-Channel, Digital Black & White Display, 100 MHZ, Tektronix P/N TDS1012, w/soft carrying case (Option P/N AC220), 2 each 10X-1X Switchable Passive Probes P/N P2200, User Manual, Power Cord, (TDS1012 replaces TDS220). Note: Carrying Case P/N AC220 must be installed on unit. These items are being purchased for the National Weather Service (NWS) to be delivered to the National Logistics Support Center, Kansas City, Missouri. As these parts are in support of current NWS programs, alternative or like items would not be acceptable without extensive testing. The intended procurement is for supplies for which the government intends to acquire under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions. Any small business sources, able to provide the exact make and model of the equipment reference herein is encouraged to respond to this announcement within 10 calendar days after its publication. The government reserves the right to solicit bids based on receipt of affirmative responses to this notice. The anticipated award date shall be on or about 15 days after date of this announcement. The NAICS code for this action is 335999. This requirement shall be considered a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the Agency. The Central Administrative Support Center, Acquisition Management Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) before October 1, 2003. After this date, NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov/.
