- A-76 Tentative Decision - Cost comparison results for clerical support services. NRCS has completed a direct conversion with cost-comparison study for clerical support services. As a result of this study, performance of the function will remain in-house. Appeals must be received in writing within 20 calendar days after the publication of this notice. The cost comparison information is available to affected parties upon request by contacting Gary Handley, Contracting Officer, 615 277-2545 or by email at gary.handley@tn.nrcs.usda.gov. He is also the point of contact if you have any questions regarding this notice.
