- Description
- This is a Re-Announcement of an acquisition previously announced under number IN-NRCS-2003-07, Category R, changing to, Category C?Architect and Engineering Services. The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service is performing a Streamlined Competition of Soil Conservation Technician functions in the Indiana NRCS Lebanon Tech Team Area. These services are currently performed by Government personnel (three (3) FTE). Offers are advised that a contract may not be awarded if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel.
