- Description
- Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract for a Process Multi-Method/ Channel Analyzer to Rosemount Analytical, Inc. The Contractor shall provide a Multi-Method Channel Analyzer, model NGA 2000 MLT 4 (#Z-A-4-4-A3-B5-06-C3-A3-B-1-F-I-A-4-V-P-4-3) to be used in gas sampling. The analyzer shall be programmable, 5 channel?MLT 4.5M, capable of measuring CO, CO2, O2 and hydrocarbons in test chamber with another CO channel capable of measuring background CO. Each channel shall have between 2 and 4 ranges. Channels shall be configurable in series or parallel. System shall be capable of processing samples with up to 89% water saturation at 20? Centigrade. System shall be capable of a nominal sample flow rate of 500-1000cc/min. The system shall be rated for ambient temperature conditions between 59? to 95? C and must be capable of higher temperature than ambient temperature so as to eliminate condensation within the instrument. Sample cell will be 55? centigrade. System shall employ digital outputs for auto calibration. Analyzer shall have interchangeable sampling modules. Accuracy, drift and reproducibility shall be +/- 1% full scale per 24 hours and no more than 2% per week. Power supply shall be 120/130 VAC, 10 A, 24 VDC. Interested parties offering equal systems to the model identified above, may submit evidence of technical equality and complete system specifications to: Mr. Peter J. If interested parties propose no equal analyzers within 10 calendar days after publication of this notice, this contract will be negotiated and awarded to Rosemount Analytical, Inc.
