- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation (DACW21-03-Q-0043) is being issued a s a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 334511 and the ap plicable SBA size standard is 750 employees. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District intends to procure a Mini-ROV Underwater Camera System manufactured by Seabotix, on a sole source (brand name) basis. All responsible, authorized small busines s dealers of Seabotix equipment may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered. CLIN 0001: Seabotix LBV 150S ROV System (Qty of 1 ea), CLIN 0002: Seabotix TJG Three Jaw Grabber (Qty of 1 ea), CLIN 0003: Seabotix ICC150 Integrated Control Console (Qty of 1 ea), CLIN 0004: Seabotix URS150 Umbilical Reel (Qty of 1 ea), CLIN 0005: 1 day onsite training (Qty of 1 ea). The delivery address for the equipment and the location for the onsite training is US Army Corps of Engineers, Attn: OP-R Ron Stocum, 4144 Russell Dam Rd, Elberton, GA 30635. The required delivery date is no later than 8 weeks after award. Please specify the delivery terms (FOB Destination or Origin) and the payment terms (Net 30, etc.) in the quote. Basis for Award: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote, which is both considered fair and reasonable and conforms to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government considering only price .
