- ** MODIFICATION TO THE ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS IS TO CHANGE THE RESPONSE DATE TO 09/02/03** The government has a definite quantity requirement for one (1) Emergence Response Trailer (FSC Class 2330), with the option to increase the quantity by 200%. Shipment is FOB Destination to Cincinnati, OH. Delivery time is 180 days after receipt of order (ARO). The trailer must meet the specifications in the solicitation. The request for proposal is open to all responsible and responsive offerors. For those seeking a copy of the solicitation, it will be issued on or about 07/29/2003. Paper copies of the request for proposal will not be available.
