- Description
- Contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment and transportation and ventilation equipment to remove, clean, and install insulation and lagging per specifications provided. Areas of performance will be Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA; Keyport, WA; Submarine Base Bangor, WA; Port of Seattle, WA; Port of Tacoma, WA; Naval Station Everett, WA; and Port of Bremerton, WA. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract with a guaranteed minimum of $25,000. The period of performance is base year plus two each one-year option periods may be included. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Contract solicitation documents may be examined at FISC Puget Sound, or can be accessed and downloaded from website: http://puget.fisc.navy.mil/ contract.htm. There will be a single award for all items under this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISC Puget Sound. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of same.
