- Description
- Provide all labor, material, and equipment required to demolish approximately 148 LF of arena wood and wire fence, 825 LF of bleacher seating, double metal doors with frame, approximately 3,096 SF of metal grandstand canopy including electrical and water supply. Construct approximately 148 LF of new metal arena fence, install 825 LF of new wood composite bleacher seating, new metal double doors with frame, upgrade 1,150 LF of electrical service, a new 10' x 24' concession stand with electric and water stub including approximately 3,096 SF, 4" concrete slab and new two story wood frame 16' x 24' metal sales and auction booth office building with electrical service. Performance period is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 13, 2003, with a closing date of on or about September 16, 2003. The solicitation will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Please note that drawings and specifications will also be posted with the solicitation as .pdf files and will be available for download from the GPE. This acquisition is open to both large and small business. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
