- NA Upgrade Elevator Number Three, Building 350, Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. Work shall consist of demolition of existing elevator hardwired relay controls, call button, traveling cable, hoistway wiring, elevator motor, elevator brake and elevator m icrocontroller including brake. Install new hall buttons, smoke detector, hoistway wiring, elevator AC motor, elevator DC brake, elevator controller, elevator platform gates, overspeed governor, governor rope, governor tail sheave, new motorized roof fan & dampers for hoistway, new lights in elevator machine room, new conduit and conductors for 480 volt power wiring.
