Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is: F1388731870700 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-14. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 334290 with a 750 size standard. Line Item 0001, Supply and Install Intercom System in the Charleston AFB Child Development Center. The specifications linked above are provided as guidance and may be brand name listed OR EQUAL. Acceptance will be FOB destination to 437SVS/SVYC, 2453 N. O'Neal Ave, Bldg 1950, Charleston AFB, SC 29404. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award.
