- The items required for subject acqusition are as follows: Item 0001:1 each-Radar Range Feild Scanner(P/N: NSI-200V-5x5); Item 0002:1 each- WR-62 Probe Assembly, 12.4-18 GHz (P/N: NSI-RF-WR-62; and Item 0003: 1 each- WR-28 Probe Assembly (P/N: NSI-RF-WR28. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. No written solicitation will be issued and offers are being requested. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items), 52.212-2 (Evaluation--Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items),and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items). IAW clause 52.212-2,evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. Oral Procedures will be used for this solicitation. SEE NOTE: 22.
