Description: Engineering Services to provide Residual Strength Testing for F-15 Boron Vertical Stabilizers,Static Testing of Redesigned Carbon Vertical Stabilizer, Redesigned Carbon Horizontal Stabilator and Redesigned Carbon Rudder. This requirement will be awarded as an order under the F-15 Eagle TALON Contract. The period of performance is two years after receipt of contract/order. This requirement is sole source to the McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company. Notes 22, 26 and F apply
