- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336214 with small business size standard as 500 employees. The reference number is FQ280531960500 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The requirement is for a Surrey Fire Safety House, Model 292 STD or equal. Must be ADA compliant. The following options are to be included: fiberglass interior walls; Honda EX4500 generator or equal; generator compartment 2 RV door with deadbolt, upper shelf and ATP lined; 30 lb. tanks with auto change over; ducting for air conditioning; air conditioning of at least 15,000 BTU; color camera system; double roof insulation; public address system including wiring; water tank and pump and gray waste water holding tank; outside shower; wheel chair ramp that can be easily stored; outside TV cabinet with outlets; 19 inch color television and VCR; roof strobe; recycled plastic lumber; 4.4 cu ft. apartment size refrigerator, 110 volt; safety stove; smoking door system for heated door; thermometer for heated door; heated passage door; lower level heated door in accordance with ADA requirements; carbon monoxide detector; smoke fluid; wireless remote for standard smoke machine; electric level jacks; heavy duty rear skid wheels welded to the frame; graphics, Edwards AFB Fire Department; fluorescent interior light up grade; spare wheel and tire.
