- The purpose for this modification is to extend the proposal due dates to the close of business on Friday the 8th of August 2003. Statement of Work for One Each System: 1. SCOPE: The work covered by this statement of work consists in furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, appliances and materials and performing all operations in connection with the replacement of existing SCADA computer with the new system. 2. PURCHASE AND INSTALL NEW SCADA COMPUTER SYSTEM OR EQUAL: Minimum specifications-3.0 GHZ, 512K minitower, 512 MB SDRAM, MS Windows 200 Professional, 48X CDRW, 19? flat panel monitor, laser printer, or equal. 3. PURCHASE, INSTALL AND PROGRAM SOFTWARE: Purchase 500 Tag Wonderware Intouch Development Version 8.0 software or equal including one year annual support and maintenance provided by Standard Automation. Wonderware will be licensed to 56th Civil Engineer Squadron. Upgrade Fix 32 Key. Install and program Intouch software or equal. Configure Intough on the computer in accordance with the existing Fix 32 application. 4. TESTING AND TRAINING: Contractor will perform startup and testing. Provide training on the new SCADA system to operational personnel. Contractor will provide up to 40 hours of additional program modifications and enhancements as requested by operational staff. 5. WARRANTY: The contractor will provide a one year warranty on all labor and material. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The NAICS Code is 541512, $18.0 mil.
