- Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho intends to purchase New enclosed 2004 bumper hitch trailer, 8.5' wide x 30' floor (plus 4' tongue; 34 foot overall length) Triple 6000# torsion axle (18000# GVW). Standard features include: Smooth .040" exterior aluminum in white color, all wheel electric brakes w/ break away kit, 225R16 10 ply tires mounted on 8 bolt white Mod wheels, 16" on center construction 2x6 box frame, Floor made of 3/4 inch plywood. Add: 8.5' wide body, 80" between wheel wells. Oscoda rubber floor, including ramp door. Walls lined in white tuff board (plastic coated plywood). White vinyl ceiling liner. Insulate in all walls an ceiling. 30" entrance door w/ window and screen door mounted in standard location on curbside. Ramp rear door w/ spring assist and plywood flap. Clothes closet. 2 ea - 22" filing cabinets. "L" shaped desk / counter top. 24" deep. Propane generator w/ enclosure and access door. Interior divider wall, lined both sides w/ door. Storage cabinet in cargo area. Small AC / DC / Propane powered refrigerator, located in office area. Lighting in cargo area, Electrical outlets in cargo area. Lighting and electrical outlets in office area. 110v fuse panel. 15,000 BTU Roof mounted air conditioner over office area. 14" non-powered roof vent over cargo area. 2 ea 4' baseboard heaters w/ thermostat in office area (110v). 2-ea 30# Liquid Propane tank w/ change over valve (installed). 24" Tall aluminum tread plate front stone guard. Storage box on tongue for LP tanks. Indicate FOB destination or origin. Delivery will be to 1030 Liberator MHAFB, ID. 83648. NOTE: Prospective offeror must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for award. Registering may take up to 3 weeks to process. Registering immediately is recommended in order to be eligible for timely award. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336214 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees.
