- 89=The VAMC located at 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 is requesting services of providing milk and ice cream to the medical centers Nutrition and Canteen Services located at VAMC Murfreesboro, Nashville, and Memphis, TN for the period of one base year with a one year option period. Services to begin l0/l/03. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for documents must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. Phone requests must be in writing. In addition, any questions must be submitted in writing.
