- Description
- Provide Medical Transcription Services to include Discharge Summaries, Operation Reports, Radiology Reports, C&P Exam Reports and Progress Notes. Material to be transcribed inclludes a high incidence of technical terminology which requires a good vocabulary, a strong command of Endlish grammar and a working knowledge of specialized vocabulary and medical terminology peculiar to a wide variety of subjects in the fields of medicine, psychiatry and surgery, etc. The subjects may include, bu not be limited to: Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Dentistry, Endocrinology, General Medicine, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynecology, Hematology, Laboratory, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Oral Surgery, Pediatrics, Pulmonary Disease, Radiology, Rehab Medicine, Renal Disease, Rheumatology, Spinal Cord Injury, Thoracic Surgery, Urology and minutes from meetings and hearings. Contract termis one base year, with four one year option years. Solicitations must be requested in writing on firm's letterhead and can be faxed to (603) 626-6511.
