- Description
- Contractor to provide all vehicles, equipment and personnel necessary to provide Shuttle Bus Transportation of VA beneficiaries from VA Outpatient Clinic in Columbus, Ohio to VA Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio and back to VA OPC Columbus, Ohio (Route No. 1); and from VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio to VA Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio to VA OPC Columbus, Ohio to VAMC Chillicothe to VAMC Dayton, and back to VAMC Chillicothe (Route No. 2). Contract period one (1) year to commence October 1, 2003 or date of award, whichever is later, through September 30, 2004, with 4-1 year renewal options, all subject to availability of funds. RFP is scheduled to be issued o/a August 15, 2003. Requests for solicitation documents must be in writing and may be faxed to 740-772-7008. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
