- Description
- Howard Pipeline Project: The Pawnee National Grassland has the requirement for installing a pipeline to connect livestock water improvements in the Howard grazing allotment. This pipeline will run from the Noble Wall int eh NW1/4 of T9N, R63W, Section 35 to a tank in the SE1/4 of Section 26 that will connect the Noble water system to the Howard cross system. The Howard grazing allotment is located approximately one hours northeast drive from Greeley, Colorado and due east of Ault, Colorado on Colorado Highway 14. THe Howard location can be found by driving north of Highway 14 on County Road 69 for approximately five miles. The anticipated start of work date for this project is September 1, 2003. The recommended contract time is 120 days. The Government cost estimate is below $25,000. The solicitation will be issued July 29, 2003 and will e available at http://www.fedbizopps.gov
