- Description: Solicitation Number SP0450-03-R-4549, LTC03184012911, (2) NSNS 6840-00-823-7849, Insecticide, Pyrethrin, Part Number PT 565 PLUS XLO, and 3740-01-338-5390, Sprayer, Manually carried, Part number 21-0700. Request for Proposal will be solicited as Unrestricted, Full and Open Competition. This is Non-Commercial items. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one year with an option to extend for (4) years. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of Price, Past Performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Delivery requested FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance, Destination, QAP 001.Inspection and Acceptance for Destination. These items are all stocks with delivery to DLA stock location at New Cumberland, PA, Tracy, CA and Richmond, VA. Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and Hazardous Warning Label is required for NSN 6840-00-823-7849. The solicitation will be issue on August 29, 2003 with a closing date of September 18,2003.
